Effective Date: May 5, 2026Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using reigncity.build. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only and do not constitute a construction agreement, service contract, or engagement letter.

Reign City is a premium residential remodeling and construction company headquartered in Lake Forest Park, Washington. We serve homeowners across Northern King County and Southern Snohomish County. The Site is operated by Reign City LLC.

Use of the Site
Permitted use. You may use the Site to learn about Reign City's services, submit an inquiry through our contact form, and book a Clarity Call. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry or book a call.
Prohibited use. You agree not to use the Site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that could harm the Site or other users
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
Inquiries and Clarity Calls
Submitting a contact form or booking a Clarity Call does not create a contractor-client relationship, a construction agreement, or any binding obligation on the part of Reign City to perform work. A Clarity Call is a no-pressure conversation to assess whether your project is a potential fit for Reign City's services.
Reign City reserves the right to decline any inquiry or project at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, copy, photography, graphics, and the Reign City name and mark, is owned by Reign City LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission from Reign City.
Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services including Google Analytics for traffic analysis, Go High Level for Clarity Call scheduling, and Mailgun for transactional email. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Reign City is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service provider.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Reign City does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, structural, or engineering advice. All project-specific guidance is provided only through a formal engagement with Reign City.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reign City LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if Reign City has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Reign City's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reign City LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications
Reign City reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the Effective Date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
